IE8 설치후 메뉴와 툴바가 검게 나올때 해결방법

1. desk.cpl 실행

2. 테마 → Windows XP (Windows XP가 없을 경우 Theme 서비스가 구동되어 있는지 확인)

3. 재부팅

4. 다시 원래의 테마로 변경
